Tracie is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with The Phoenix Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Licensed since 2003 and CISR designated, she has served in both assistant and account manager roles throughout her career. Tracie focuses on commercial lines coverage, working frequently with contractors and a wide variety of business clients.
She enjoys the variety that commercial insurance offers and takes a detailed approach to reviewing clients’ operations to help confirm their coverage aligns with both business needs and contract requirements. Outside of work, Tracie enjoys reading, cross-stitching, professional cycling, Formula 1, and has even climbed to the top of the Teotihuacan Pyramid of the Sun in Mexico.
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Sandy Nicholson Oast, claims coordinator, did should be held as an example for others to try to emulate. Her professional attitude and demeanor were certainly refreshing during this stressful time.
