Tina Callicutt is an Account Manager with The Phoenix Company. She joined the agency in 2022 as a receptionist and earned her insurance license in 2023. With a background in administrative support and customer service, Tina assists clients with both personal and commercial lines coverage, always striving to be friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Originally from Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, Tina moved to North Carolina in 1999. She enjoys learning something new each day in the insurance industry and believes that if she doesn’t immediately have an answer, she is determined to find one. Outside of work, Tina volunteers as a Sunday school teacher, radio station volunteer, and camp volunteer, and has assisted with private school fundraising and enrollment events. She enjoys shopping, listening to music, watching movies, and cheering on her favorite sports teams, including the Green Bay Packers and Golden Knights hockey team!
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Sandy Nicholson Oast, claims coordinator, did should be held as an example for others to try to emulate.
