Teresa is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with The Phoenix Company. She joined the agency in 2019 as a receptionist and earned her Property & Casualty license in 2023. Teresa focuses on commercial coverage and works with a wide range of business clients.
She enjoys helping clients identify what they truly need and prides herself on being a great listener who communicates insurance concepts in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
