Rosaida is a Personal Lines Account Manager with The Phoenix Company. She joined the agency in 2022 as a receptionist and earned her insurance license the same year. Rosaida focuses on personal lines coverage and enjoys helping individuals and families better understand their insurance and protect what matters most.
Originally from Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, Rosaida moved to North Carolina in 2004. She takes time to understand each client’s unique needs and priorities, providing clear, straightforward guidance so they feel confident in their coverage decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with music, spending time at the beach, and working on small DIY projects and crafts.
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Sandy Nicholson Oast, claims coordinator, did should be held as an example for others to try to emulate.
