Ann is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with The Phoenix Company, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Licensed since 1993 and CISR designated, Ann began her career in processing and has held roles in personal and commercial lines throughout her tenure.
Ann enjoys the processing side of the business and takes pride in doing all she can to support her clients. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church, serving as head of the Meals for Wheels ministry. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her children and grandsons.
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Sandy Nicholson Oast, claims coordinator, did should be held as an example for others to try to emulate. Her professional attitude and demeanor were certainly refreshing during this stressful time.
