Alexis is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with The Phoenix Company. She joined the agency in 2025 and has experience in both claims and commercial account management. Alexis holds a Claims Coordinator License (2024) and a Property & Casualty Producer License (2025) and works primarily with mid-size to large commercial accounts.
She enjoys helping businesses succeed and is always available to answer questions or assist clients in navigating their coverage needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, music, outdoor activities, sports, and has even recorded a CD and performed in multiple music festivals.
In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Sandy Nicholson Oast, claims coordinator, did should be held as an example for others to try to emulate. Her professional attitude and demeanor were certainly refreshing during this stressful time.
