The Phoenix Company is committed to the health and safety of our associates and clients as we face these uncertain times with the spread of COVID-19. Our offices are open for business, but please keep in mind that we can always be reached via telephone or email. If you need to make an insurance payment, please consider either paying online or mailing a payment. We believe that social distancing is just another vital tool in preventing the spread of this virus. We are committed to protecting what matters most in our communities.

COVID-19 Phase II Reopening

We are now in Phase II of re-opening North Carolina by Governor Roy Cooper. For the safety of our staff, our doors will remain locked for the immediate future. We are available by appointment or by:

If you need to meet with an agent, please call and we will schedule an appointment for you during regular business hours.

The Phoenix Company also requests the wearing of masks when you come in, and we will continue to maintain social distancing standards.  

Our office will not be accepting in person meetings with advertisers, vendors, company representatives or marketing representatives until at least July 1, 2020.

Because of the significant number of COVID-19 cases, we will not be accepting any cash payments from clients until at least July 1, 2020.

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
